These Market Data Terms govern your access to and use of any real-time, delayed, or derived market data made available through the Bridge Trading platform ("Market Data"), including but not limited to: equity and options quotes and trades, consolidated best bid/offer (NBBO) data, charts, gamma/vanna exposure ("GEX/VEX") maps, options order-flow scans, and any value computed from the foregoing. These terms supplement, and are incorporated into, the Bridge Trading Terms of Service.
Market Data is provided to Bridge under license from third-party data vendors and the securities exchanges and self-regulatory organizations that generate or own it (including, as applicable, OPRA, the equities consolidated tape / participating exchanges, and CME Group and its designated contract markets). The exchanges retain all proprietary rights in their Market Data. Your subscription grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to view and use Market Data solely for your own internal trading and informational purposes. No other rights are granted.
You may not, directly or indirectly, and may not permit any other person to:
Personal use means use by you, the individual subscriber, on your own devices, for your own trading decisions. It does not include use by your employer, firm, clients, or any automated downstream system.
Exchange fees and entitlements differ for "Professional" and "Non-Professional" subscribers, as those terms are defined by the relevant exchanges. By using Bridge you represent that the subscriber status you have certified is accurate, and you agree to promptly notify us if your status changes. If you qualify as a Professional subscriber, additional exchange fees and agreements may apply. Misrepresenting your status may result in retroactive fees, suspension, or termination.
Market Data is provided "as is" and "as available." Bridge and its data providers do not warrant that Market Data is accurate, complete, timely, uninterrupted, or error-free, and are not liable for any trading or other decision you make in reliance on it. Real-time data may be delayed, gapped, or unavailable. See also the Risk Disclaimer.
You acknowledge that the exchanges and data vendors that own Market Data are intended third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them directly against you. The exchanges have no liability to you for the Market Data or its use, and disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Bridge actively monitors for misuse. Any violation of these Market Data Terms is a material breach of the Terms of Service and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, in addition to any other remedies available to Bridge, the data vendors, or the exchanges, including injunctive relief and recovery of fees and damages.
We may update these Market Data Terms as our data agreements evolve. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
