Signal providers (Leaders)

Bridge Copy Trade does not scrape anonymous Discord channels. Every leader on Bridge is individually onboarded with a signal-provider agreement that lets us:

• Parse and relay their signals to followers.
• Pay them a per-follower revenue share (if their agreement includes it).
• Use their public track record (Discord history) on their leader page.

If a leader is on Bridge, they explicitly agreed to be on Bridge.

Current leaders

All Bridge leaders trade U.S. equity and index options (calls and puts on names like SPY, QQQ, and large-cap stocks). The live roster, each leader's style, typical signal frequency, and full stats are on the Leaderboard inside the app — that page is always current, so we don't duplicate it here.

Each leader has a dedicated page inside Bridge with:

• Track record (entries, exits, P&L per trade) sourced from public Discord history
• Win rate, average win, average loss, profit factor
• Typical position size and hold time
• Time-of-day signal distribution
• Day-of-week signal distribution

Important: Track records are based on public Discord posts, not broker fills. We don't know if the leader actually executed every signal they posted, at what price, or with how much size. The track record is informational about the signals themselves, not the leader's actual trading account.

What "vetted" actually means

Before adding a leader to Bridge, we:

1. Signed a signal-provider agreement with them. The agreement covers signal format, frequency expectations, revenue share, and what happens if they post off-channel or get banned by their broker.
2. Reviewed at least 30 days of their public signal history for parseability, consistency, and red flags (e.g. martingale sizing, sudden style changes, post-loss revenge entries).
3. Validated their signal format against our parser with at least 50 live samples. Each leader has a parser in data/copytrade/discord_parsers_v2.py that we audit for accuracy.
4. Mapped their Discord channel to a Bridge leader_id with a per-channel auth token, so we know every signal is actually from them and not someone in their Discord typing fake setups.

"Vetted" does not mean we guarantee they'll be profitable. We don't know that. They might have an amazing 6 months and a terrible next month. That's trading.

How signals get from a leader to your broker

1. Leader posts a signal in their Discord channel.
2. Bridge's intake bot receives the message (Bridge is a watcher in each leader's Discord; the leader sees us as a normal bot).
3. Bridge parses the signal: symbol, side, entry, stop, target, size intent.
4. Bridge fans out to every follower who has that leader in their follow list.
5. For each follower, Bridge sizes the order to that follower's risk profile.
6. Bridge runs the risk gate (see Risk profiles).
7. Mode C: Push to phone → wait for tap → execute. Mode A: Execute. Mode B: Log paper fill only.
8. Bridge polls the broker for fill confirmation. Once filled (or rejected), the audit log is updated and you get a notification.

Total latency from leader post → broker order: typically 2–5 seconds for Mode A, 5–30 seconds for Mode C (depends on your tap speed).

Can I follow multiple leaders at once?

Yes. Most customers follow 2–3. Following more than 5 generally hits your Max deployed % cap on high-signal days and your account spends half its time at the gate.

If you follow multiple leaders with overlapping signals (e.g. two leaders both post the same SPY call at the same minute), Bridge deduplicates — you get one position sized to your risk profile, not two stacked.

What if a leader stops posting?

If a leader goes silent for >7 days, Bridge marks them paused on your dashboard. You're not charged differently — Bridge's pricing is per-account, not per-leader.

If a leader gets banned by their broker or violates their agreement, they're removed from Bridge. Followers get an email explaining what happened.

Can I follow a leader who isn't on Bridge?

Not at launch. Adding a leader requires:

• A signed agreement (we contact them)
• A new parser in data/copytrade/discord_parsers_v2.py
• 50+ live samples to validate parser accuracy
• Onboarding into Bridge's monitoring + audit pipeline

Time to onboard a new leader: 1–3 weeks. If there's someone you want us to add, email [SUPPORT_EMAIL] with their Discord and we'll evaluate. We prioritize leader requests from existing customers.

Past performance ≠ future returns

Every leader page displays this disclaimer prominently. We mean it. Signal-provider track records are historical and hypothetical. They don't account for slippage, your specific account size, your risk profile, or your broker's session-close behavior. The Hypothetical Performance Disclosure goes into detail.
