⚠️ NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE

Bridge Trading is an educational analytics platform. Nothing on this platform — including all data, analysis, AI-generated content, signals, charts, alerts, or any other feature — constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or personalized financial guidance of any kind.

1. No Investment Advice

Bridge Trading does not provide investment advice. The platform, its tools, its AI features (including The Analyst), its signals, its market data, and all content produced by or through the platform are for educational and informational purposes only.

Specifically:

2. No Fiduciary Relationship

Bridge Trading is not your financial adviser, broker, or fiduciary. No use of this platform — regardless of your subscription tier or level of engagement — creates a fiduciary relationship, advisory relationship, or any duty of care on the part of Bridge Trading with respect to your investment decisions.

We do not know your financial situation, your investment objectives, your risk tolerance, your tax situation, or your overall portfolio. We cannot and do not account for these factors in any analysis or output produced by the platform.

3. Data May Be Delayed or Inaccurate

Market data displayed on Bridge Trading may be delayed by up to 15 minutes or longer depending on data source availability. Data feeds can experience outages, errors, or gaps.

Do not make trading decisions based solely on data displayed on this platform. Always verify data through your broker or an authoritative real-time data source before executing any trade.

4. You Assume All Trading Risk

Trading securities — and options in particular — involves substantial risk of loss. Options are leveraged instruments. You can lose your entire investment, and in certain strategies, you may lose more than your initial investment.

By using this platform, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Copy trading. Where Bridge Trading routes signals from independent third-party signal providers to your connected brokerage account, copy trading does not guarantee results identical to any signal provider. Your fills differ due to latency, slippage, available liquidity, account size, contract sizing, approval timing, and broker differences. Signal providers are independent third parties that Bridge does not vet, endorse, or guarantee. If you connect a proprietary-firm or funded account, copy trading may violate that firm's Terms of Service and result in your account being banned or closed — you are solely responsible for your broker's and prop firm's rules. See the Copy-Trade Risk Disclosure.

5. Consult a Registered Investment Adviser

If you need personalized investment advice — guidance tailored to your specific financial situation, risk tolerance, tax situation, and investment goals — consult a registered investment adviser (RIA) licensed in your jurisdiction.

Bridge Trading is not a registered investment adviser and does not provide the type of personalized guidance that a licensed RIA would provide. This platform is a tool for traders who are making their own independent decisions. It is not a replacement for professional financial advice.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Analyst AI feature uses a large language model (Anthropic Claude) to provide educational analysis of market data. AI-generated content has inherent limitations:

Treat all AI-generated analysis as a starting point for your own research, not as a final answer.

Summary: Bridge Trading gives you data and educational analysis tools. What you do with them is your decision. Trade responsibly, do your own research, and never risk more than you can afford to lose.

7. Regulatory Status

Bridge Trading is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or in any other capacity. Bridge is not a member of FINRA or SIPC. The platform is not regulated by any financial regulatory authority.
