⚠️ Signal Providers Are Independent Third Parties
Signal providers (sometimes called "leaders") on Bridge Trading are not employees, agents, partners, or affiliates of Bridge Trading. Bridge Trading does not verify their qualifications, monitor the accuracy of their trades, or guarantee the profitability of following them. By following any signal provider you assume full responsibility for any trades placed in your account. Signal providers are not your investment advisor.
1. What Signal Providers Are
Signal providers on Bridge Trading are independent third parties who publish their trading activity to followers. They may include:
- Individual traders who publish entries and exits publicly (for example via Discord or X).
- Automated systems run by independent third parties.
- Other Bridge Trading users who have opted into being signal providers.
2. What Bridge Trading Does NOT Do for Signal Providers
Bridge Trading does not:
- Verify the identity, qualifications, licensing, or experience of any signal provider.
- Audit, monitor, or vet the trades published by any signal provider for accuracy or quality.
- Guarantee that any signal provider's published trades are real, were actually placed in their own brokerage account, or reflect that provider's full trading activity.
- Endorse, recommend, or warrant any signal provider's strategy, risk management, or judgment.
- Compensate signal providers for performance, win rate, or follower outcomes.
3. What Bridge Trading DOES Do
Bridge Trading provides:
- Technology that routes signals from a provider's published source (e.g. a Discord channel) to follower accounts.
- An audit log of every signal received and every order placed on a follower's behalf.
- Risk-control tooling (position sizing, max loss, kill switch, Mode C approval gate) that the follower configures.
- A consent-and-disclosure framework that the follower must complete before following any provider.
4. Performance Figures Shown for Signal Providers
Any performance figures shown for a signal provider on Bridge Trading — including win rate, average return, PnL, follower count, or any other statistic — are hypothetical for the follower unless the figure is explicitly labeled "Live — real money."
See the Hypothetical Performance Disclosure for the full statement and limitations.
The fact that a signal provider has historical positive performance on Bridge Trading does not predict, guarantee, or imply future positive performance, either for the provider or for any follower.
5. Your Responsibility When Following a Signal Provider
By following any signal provider on Bridge Trading you confirm that:
- You have personally chosen that signal provider.
- You understand they are an independent third party not vetted by Bridge Trading.
- You understand their published trades may be late, incorrect, manipulated, the result of a typo, the result of a compromised account, or simply a poor trade.
- You alone are responsible for the position sizes, mode of operation (Mode C or Mode A), and risk parameters you have set for your account.
- You will monitor your brokerage account independently of any Bridge Trading notification.
6. Signal-Provider Misconduct
If you believe a signal provider has engaged in fraud, manipulation, or other misconduct on Bridge Trading, please report it to [email protected]. Bridge Trading reserves the right to remove signal providers from the platform at any time, but does not commit to any specific timeline or remediation. Removal of a signal provider does not undo trades already placed in follower accounts.
7. No Investment Advice
Nothing a signal provider publishes on Bridge Trading or anywhere else constitutes investment advice to you. Signal providers are not licensed financial advisors and are not your fiduciary. For personalized investment advice, consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
