Bridge Trading ("Bridge," "we," "us," or "our") provides a web-based trading analytics and education platform accessible at bridgetrading.ai. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the platform. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Bridge. By using the platform, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. The platform is intended for users in the United States. If you access Bridge from outside the US, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Bridge is an educational market analytics tool, not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
Market data displayed on Bridge may be delayed up to 15 minutes or longer. We make no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, analysis, or content provided through the platform. Do not make trading decisions based solely on data displayed here.
You agree not to:
All platform content, software, design, and functionality — including but not limited to The Analyst AI, GEX analytics engine, and options flow tools — are the exclusive property of Bridge Trading or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridge's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall Bridge be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits or trading losses — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your use of the platform, and any trading decisions you make, are entirely at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bridge Trading and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) any trading activity you engage in based on content from the platform; or (d) any violation of applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 3, 7, 8, 9, and 11 — will survive.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings or by emailing [email protected]. See our Privacy Policy for details on data deletion.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute will be resolved only on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property or unauthorized access.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent any claim is brought in court (notwithstanding the arbitration clause above), you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
